15-Minute Chicken and Rice
Dinner
In a skillet, heat oil and cook chicken 10 minutes, or until
brown. Remove chicken from skillet. Add soup, water, paprika and pepper. Bring to a boil. Stir in rice and broccoli. Return chicken to pan. Sprinkle addition paprika and pepper over
chicken. Cover and cook over low heat 5
minutes or until chicken is no longer pink and broccoli is tender.
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 Tbl. vegetable
oil
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 ½ cups water
1/4 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp pepper
2 cups instant rice, uncooked
2 cups broccoli florets
