Asphalt Pie
Ingredients:
- Ready-made Oreo cookie piecrust
- Mint chocolate chip ice cream
- Whipped topping
- chocolate sauce
- caramel sauce
Directions:
- Let the ice cream soften, and the scoop into pie crust until crust is full.
- Place in freezer for about 4 hours, covered, or until ice cream is set back up.
- Top with whipped topping, chocolate and caramel if desired. You can also use Cookies’n’Mint ice cream instead of the chip ice cream.
