Breakfast in a Shake
(Smoothie)
1 cup frozen berries or fruit
1/2 banana, frozen
1/2 cup apple or orange juice
1 cup yogurt, vanilla or matching flavor like strawberry or peach
1 cup frozen berries or fruit

Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until
smooth. Enjoy! Mix and match your favorite things, like
frozen berry blend, frozen strawberries, frozen mango, etc.
