Grandma Hall’s Never Fail
Chocolate Cake
Sift together flour, sugar, soda, cocoa and salt. Then add oil, eggs, buttermilk, water, and
vanilla. Mix well and bake at 325
degrees for 30-35 minutes.
3 cups flour
2 cups sugar
2 tsp. soda
½ cup cocoa
Dash salt
1 cup oil
2 eggs
1 cup buttermilk
1 cup hot water or coffee
1 tsp vanilla
