Paraguayan Tortillas
Ingredients:
- 3 ½ cups flour
- 3 eggs
- 2 cups grated cheese
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup water
- hot oil for frying
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients together with electric hand mixer. Scoop out batter in about ¼ cup servings. Fry on medium heat in enough oil to almost cover the batter scoops. We like to serve them with honey, butter, and cinnamon sugar.
