Pig Pickin’ Corn Bread
Ingredients:
- ½ stick butter
- 2 pkg. cornbread mix (Jiffy or Betty Crocker)
- 2 cans creamed corn (14 3/4 oz each)
- 2 eggs well beaten
Directions:
- Melt butter in a 13x11 cake pan in a 400 degree oven.
- Mix cornbread mix, creamed corn and eggs together.
- Pour into baking dish and bake for 18-20 minutes. Top should be a golden brown. Check with toothpick.
