Frozen S'mores

William brought this recipe home from school and was super excited to try it out. Everyone has liked them and have been snacking on them out of the freezer all week. If you use the low-calorie whipped topping, you can eat one of these sandwiches for about 100 calories, give or take depending on what all you put inside.

Frozen S'mores

Ingredients-

  • 1 container whipped topping
  • 1 box graham crackers
  • 1 bag mini chocolate chips

Directions-

  1. Combine thawed whipped topping with the entire bag of chocolate chips.
  2. Divide the topping up to make as many sandwiches as you like out of your graham crackers. I basically fit as many as I could on a walled cookie sheet/half sheet pan and it used ALMOST an entire box of crackers, pop it in the freezer for a few hours then enjoy.
    • To use an entire box, the box of Kroger graham crackers I used made three more sandwiches than would fit on the cookie sheet (just depending on how you orient them and how close together they are), so I just set the ones that wouldn't fit with the rest on top of the other sandwiches when I popped the pan in the freezer. Once frozen, you can put the sandwiches in a different container or bag.
  3. You can mix things up by adding other ingredients to the topping, or spreading things like peanut butter or Nutella on the crackers. You can also use cinnamon or chocolate graham crackers if you like.
