Marsha's Tips:
It is okay if your bacon pieces are touching or overlapping just slightly, but you don't want your bacon to overlap too much or it won't cook evenly.
I set a timer for 20 minutes, checked the bacon, and then just kept checking on it every few minutes until it looked the way I liked it.
If you are going to foil your pan for easy cleanup, you must use the extra-wide tin foil to cover a pan like this. Standard foil isn't wide enough and will require two overlapping pieces to cover the pan. In the place where the foil overlaps, the bacon grease will often leak through and make the pan dirty anyway, causing you additional cleanup.
