Marsha's Auntie's Marinade for Pork Chops

Scott and I absolutely love this recipe for pork chops.  It originally came from my aunt, who got it from a friend of hers, who got it from... you get the idea.  We found that the marinade flavors the meat so well that we don't even need any kind of additional sauce on the pork chops.  You do have to marinade them all day, or overnight, but it is SO worth it.  Grill 'em up, and you have a great dinner.

Auntie’s Marinade for Pork Chops
1 ½ cups salad oil (olive oil)
¾ cup soy sauce
½ cup wine or garlic vinegar
1/3 cup lemon juice
¼ cup Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbl. dry mustard
1 Tbl. coarse ground black pepper
1 ½ tsp. dried parsley flakes
2 ¼ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. garlic powder

Mix all together and pour over chops. Store in fridge for about one day, turning chops occasionally. Take out of fridge a couple of hours before cooking as chops soak up more marinade then warm. Cook chops to desired doneness on grill. Discard marinade.
