15-Minute Chicken and Rice Dinner
Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 Tbl. vegetable oil
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 ½ cups water
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 2 cups instant rice, uncooked
- 2 cups broccoli florets
Directions:
- In a skillet, heat oil and cook chicken 10 minutes, or until brown.
- Remove chicken from skillet.
- Add soup, water, paprika and pepper. Bring to a boil.
- Stir in rice and broccoli.
- Return chicken to pan. Sprinkle addition paprika and pepper over chicken.
- Cover and cook over low heat 5 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink and broccoli is tender.
