Breakfast in a Shake (Smoothie)
Ingredients:
- 1 cup frozen berries or fruit
- 1/2 banana, frozen
- 1/2 cup apple or orange juice
- 1 cup yogurt, vanilla or matching flavor like strawberry or peach
Directions:
- Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
- Mix and match your favorite things, like frozen berry blend, frozen strawberries, frozen mango, etc.
