Buckeyes
Ingredients:
- 5 ¼ cups confectioners sugar
- 2 cups smooth peanut butter
- 1 cube butter
- 2 large pkg. chocolate chips
- 1/8 stick paraffin
Directions:
- Mix and melt first three ingredients in top of double boiler. Mix will leave sides of pan and spoon.
- Roll into balls (1 tsp.).
- Place on wax paper.
- Melt chocolate chips and paraffin in double boiler. With toothpick dip each ball into chocolate mixture enough to resemble a chestnut.
- Place on wax paper and place in fridge until chilled. Approx. 100.
