Fruit Cloud Dessert

I found this recipe years ago and am now copying it here from our family cookbook binder. Enjoy!


Fruit Cloud Dessert
Ingredients:
  • ½ lb. crème-filled vanilla cookies
  • 1 large carton Cool Whip
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 21 oz can fruit pie filling (favorite flavor)
Directions:
  1. Crush cookies and spread in a 9x13 pan. 
  2. Mix ½ the carton of Cool Whip, cream cheese and powdered sugar together. 
  3. Spread over cookie layer. 
  4. Spread pie filling over cream cheese layer. 
  5. End by spreading the last ½ of the carton of Cool Whip over the pie filling layer. 
  6. Cut into squares to serve. Store in refrigerator.
