Marshmallow Brownies
Ingredients:
- 2 cubes soft butter
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/3 cup cocoa
- 4 eggs, add one at a time
- 1 ½ cups flour
- 1 1/2 cups chopped nuts (opt)
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 pkg mini marshmallows
- chocolate frosting
Directions:
- Mix together all ingredients except marshmallows and frosting.
- Spread over a cookie sheet with sides and bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees.
- Remove from oven. Sprinkle marshmallows over top of brownies and place back in oven for 2-3 minutes to melt marshmallows. Marshmallows should melt fast, so watch.
- When cool, frost with chocolate frosting.
