I found this recipe years ago and am now copying it here from our family cookbook binder. Enjoy!
Quick P-ups
1 egg, well beaten
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup sugar
Add sugar to beaten egg.Mix well.Add peanut butter and
mix well again.Drop by spoonfuls on a
greased cookie sheet.Bake at 325
degrees for about 10 minutes.
