Buckeyes
Mix and melt first three ingredients in top of double
boiler. Mix will leave sides of pan and
spoon. Roll into balls (1 tsp.). Place on wax paper. Melt chocolate chips and paraffin in double
boiler. With toothpick dip each ball
into chocolate mixture enough to resemble a chestnut. Place on wax paper and
place in fridge until chilled. Approx.

5 ¼ cups confectioners sugar
2 cups smooth peanut butter
1 cube butter
2 large pkg. chocolate chips
1/8 stick paraffin
