Cheesy Chicken and Broccoli Bake

I found this recipe years ago and am now copying it here from our family cookbook binder. Enjoy!


Cheesy Chicken and Broccoli Bake 
 1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken
 1-1/2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
 1 pkg. (16 oz.) frozen broccoli florets, thawed, drained
 1 can (10-3/4 oz.) reduced-sodium condensed cream of chicken soup
 1/2 lb. (8 oz.) VELVEETA, cut into 1/2-inch cubes

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.  Prepare stuffing mix as directed on package.  Meanwhile, combine remaining ingredients in 9x13 pan.  Top with stuffing.  Bake 30 minutes, or until chicken is cooked through.
