Dishpan Cookies
Ingredients:
- 4 cups flour
- 2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 2 cups white sugar
- 2 cups vegetable oil
- 4 eggs
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups quick oatmeal
- 4 cups corn flakes
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- Sift together; flour, baking soda and salt.
- Combine sugars, oil, eggs and vanilla.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet.
- Bake 8-10 minutes. Can also add chocolate chips. These freeze well.
