Monterey Ranch Bread
Ingredients:
- 2 cup (8 oz.) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- ¾ cup ranch dressing with bacon
- 1 loaf (1 lb.) un-sliced French Bread
- 2 Tbl butter, melted
- parsley flakes
Directions:
- In a bowl, combine the cheese and salad dressing; set aside.
- Cut bread in half, lengthwise; brush with butter. Place on baking sheet.
- Broil in oven until top is golden brown. Watch carefully, as bread and brown quickly in some ovens.
- Spread toasted bread with cheese mixture. Sprinkle top with parsley for color.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes, or until cheese is melted. Cut into slices to serve.
