Paraguayan Milanesa
Ingredients:
- 1 lb. thin sliced beef
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Garlic and parsley to taste
- 1 cup flour
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 1/2 cup bread crumbs
Directions:
- Heat enough oil in a pan over medium heat to fry the beef in.
- Place flour in its own small bowl. Place bread crumbs in its own small bowl. In a third small bowl mix together eggs and milk.
- Season beef with salt, pepper, garlic and parsley.
- Then dip each piece of beef into the flour, then into the egg mixture, and lastly into the bread crumbs, coating well with each bowl.
- Fry in hot oil until meat is browned and cooked through. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels before serving.
