Paraguayan Milanesa

Another recipe from Scott's mission.


Paraguayan Milanesa
Ingredients:
  • 1 lb. thin sliced beef                                              
  • Salt and pepper to taste                                            
  • Garlic and parsley to taste                                      
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 1/2 cup bread crumbs
Directions:
  • Heat enough oil in a pan over medium heat to fry the beef in.  
  • Place flour in its own small bowl.  Place bread crumbs in its own small bowl.  In a third small bowl mix together eggs and milk.  
  • Season beef with salt, pepper, garlic and parsley.  
  • Then dip each piece of beef into the flour, then into the egg mixture, and lastly into the bread crumbs, coating well with each bowl.  
  • Fry in hot oil until meat is browned and cooked through.  Remove from oil and drain on paper towels before serving.
