Turkey Soup

I found this recipe years ago and am now copying it here from our family cookbook binder. Enjoy!



Turkey Soup
½ cup diced carrots                                              
½ cup diced celery                                              
½ cup diced onion                                                
1 Tbl. dried parsley                                            
2 tsp. salt                                                             
¼ tsp. pepper
2 chicken bouillon cubes
2 (14 oz) cans chicken broth
2 (14 oz) cans water
2 cups cooked shredded turkey
8 oz. dried noodles

Mix all together and boil on stove until noodles are cooked and soup is heated all the way through.  For stronger or weaker soup, adjust the amounts of water vs. chicken broth.
