Waffles
Ingredients:
- 1 ¾ cups flour
- 1 Tbl. Baking powder
- ¼ tsp. salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 3/4 cups milk
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1 Tbl sugar (opt)
Directions:
- In a medium mixing bowl, stir together flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Make a well in the center of dry mixture; set aside.
- In another bowl, beat eggs slightly. Beat in milk and oil.
- Add egg mixture to dry mixture. Stir just until moistened (batter should be lumpy).
- Pour 1 to 1 ¼ cups batter onto grids of a preheated, lightly greased waffle baker. Close lid quickly and do not open until done. Bake according to waffle iron directions.
