Nestle Toll House's Blonde Brownies

These are a nice soft, yummy bar cookie that I have served at many of my flute recitals.  It's easy, it's quick, and it is delicious!  (So much easier and faster than making a bunch of individual cookies!)  The picture and recipe came from the Nestle Toll House website.

Blonde Brownies
2 1/4 cups flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 3/4 cups packed brown sugar
3/4 cup butter, softened
3 large eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 cups (12 oz. pkg.) chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 15x10 inch jelly-roll pan. Combine flour, baking powder and salt in small bowl. Beat sugar and butter in large mixer bowl until creamy. Beat in eggs and vanilla extract; gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in morsels. Spread into prepared pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until top is golden brown. Cool in pan on wire rack.
