Scott gave me an air fryer for our anniversary and I am documenting how to make different things in it that turned out great! We did both shoe string French fries and a hash brown patty with the same method and they turned out GREAT! So nice and crispy!
Cooking frozen potatoes in the air fryer: Lightly coat your item with nonstick spray. Air fry for 4-5 minutes at 400 degrees. Toss/Flip and lightly coat with nonstick spray again. Air fry for an additional 4-5 minutes or until golden and crispy. Be cautious not to over crowd the basket. Time and temperatures may vary depending on the thickness of your potatoes. Season as desired immediately after cooking.
