Betty Crocker's Ham and Cheese Ziti

This is one of our favorite pasta dishes.  I thought I would share the recipe.  It is from the Betty Crocker website.
Ham and Cheese Ziti
8 oz. ziti pasta (2 ½ cups)
¼ cup butter
1 clove garlic, minced
¼ cup flour
½ tsp. salt
2 cups milk
½ tsp. mustard
2 cups Colby cheese (8 oz.)
4 oz. cooked deli ham, cubed
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
Heat oven to 350 degrees.  Cook and drain pasta as directed by package.

Meanwhile, melt butter in saucepan or Dutch oven over low heat.  Cook garlic in butter 30 seconds, stirring frequently.  Stir in flour and salt, using wire whisk.  Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is smooth and bubbly.   Gradually stir in milk.  Heat to boiling, stirring constantly.  Boil and stir 1 minute.  Stir in mustard and Colby cheese.  Cook, stirring occasionally, until cheese is melted.

Stir pasta and ham into cheese mixture.  Pour pasta mixture into ungreased square baking dish or 9x13.  Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.  Bake uncovered 20-25 minutes or until bubbly.
