Marsha's Chicken Tetrazini

A friend of mine brought this dish over right after William was born and the whole family just loved it. I made a few changes, so this is "Marsha's version." Enjoy!

Marsha's Chicken Tetrazini
8 oz. noodles (any shape you like)
4 Tbl. butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 tall can evaporated milk
2 cans chicken chunks
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, grated
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
Sprinkle of onion and garlic powders
Maddox seasoning (or Season-All, Mrs. Dash, etc.)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook noodles in salted water according to package directions. Drain. While noodles are cooking, in a saucepan, melt butter. Add soup and milk to butter and season with onion and garlic powders. Simmer sauce to thicken until noodles are done. Open canned chicken, drain and rinse. Toss with Maddox seasoning (or Season-All, Mrs. Dash, etc.). Add sauce and noodles to chicken. Toss to coat. Pour into a 9x13 pan, top with cheeses and bake until cheese is melted and sauce is bubbly.
