Marsha's Peanut Butter Granola

I love yogurt and granola, so I had to try this peanut butter granola. YUMMY! Of course, I made a few changes.

Marsha's Peanut Butter Granola
3 cups oats
3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
3/4 cup honey
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
In a large bowl, melt peanut butter and honey together in microwave in 30 second intervals for one minute, stirring between intervals. Stir in vanilla and cinnamon. Once combined, stir in oats until well coated. Pour out on a baking pan covered in parchment paper and bake for 30 minutes at 300 degrees. Stir every 10 minutes. Granola will still be sticky at the end of 30 minutes. Let cool and air dry on baking sheet. Once totally dry, granola should be crunchy and can be stored. Feel free to add chocolate chips, dried fruit, or nuts to recipe.
*Do not cook too much longer that suggested or granola can burn. Granola will NOT be dry when done, but dries as it cools.
