This was really good as either taco filling or nacho toppings. Enjoy!
Taco Rice Bake
Ingredients:
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 pkt. taco seasoning and water per packet directions
- 2 packets of Knorr's Taco Rice
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 jar salsa plus one jar's worth of water
- shredded cheese
- 1 container queso
Directions:
- Brown and drain your ground beef, then add your taco seasoning packet and cook per package directions. Set aside.
- Add your taco rice packets to a 9x13 pan.
- To the rice, add your chicken broth, salsa, and water. Stir.
- Sprinkle your cooked taco meat over the rice mixture. Top with cheese, cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
- Remove the foil, pour over the container of queso and put back in the oven for 5 minutes.

You can eat this like a casserole, but it is also really good wrapped in tortillas or over nachos. These are the rice packets you need.
