Oreos
1 box Devil's Food cake mix
3/4 cup shortening
2 eggs
1/2 cup butter
1 small cream cheese (3 oz)
2 cups powdered sugar
Put cake mix dry into a bowl. Stir in shortening and add eggs. Mix with a fork. Roll into marble sized balls. Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Filling: Cream together butter, cream cheese, and powdered sugar. Spread on one cookie and sandwich together with additional cookie.
